Renovated 160 sqm farmhouse in the heart of Saint-Piat, in the Eure valley between Chartres and Maintenon. 4 bedrooms for 8 guests, 2 bathrooms, a large living room under wooden beams and a walled garden with a pergola. Designed for families with young children. Bakery and shops a 2-minute walk away.

Ground floor: Living room: large farmhouse table (seats 8 to 10), lounge area with corner sofa and TV, bookshelves and upright piano. Open kitchen: range cooker with double oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, raclette set. Veranda: dining corner with a round table. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bathroom 1: walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail. Upstairs (under the roof, reached by a staircase): Bedroom 2: queen bed (160), fan. Bedroom 3: double bed and desk corner. Bedroom 4, for children: bunk beds, teepee and toys. Bathroom 2: bathtub, shower, double sink. Separate toilet. For children: Stair gates, 2 travel cots, learning tower, baby monitor, high chair, games and books. Outside: Paved courtyard, walled garden with lawn, wisteria pergola with a table and 8 chairs, kids' playhouse, wooden deck with a Weber gas barbecue and a gas pizza oven (gas bottles provided). Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Two parking spaces right in front of the house.
Access
The whole house, the courtyard and the garden are yours. Only the garage is not accessible. Self check-in with a key box from 3 pm.
