Space
This flat located in the lower town of Chartres with a magnificent view on the Eure river and the projections of Chartres in lights, will be the ideal accommodation for your stay in Chartres in a quiet area and at 5 minutes walk from the heart of the city. The flat is composed of a living room with television and sofa open on the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with an Italian shower and two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds.
Access
You have the whole 65 m² apartment to yourselves (1st floor), plus a free private parking space in the residence's inner courtyard (space no. 14). Check-in is self-service: the keys are collected from a key box at our Autrimo agency in central Chartres (15 rue du Cheval Blanc); the box number and code are sent to you the day before arrival.
Interaction
Self check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Our local Autrimo concierge team is reachable 7 days a week by message or phone; there when you need us, discreet the rest of the time. Feel free to ask us for our favourite Chartres tips.

Spacious, bright, parking space, responsive concierge service, //some effort could be made to update the decor and repaint the walls; the shower is difficult to adjust and noisy.
