The house is designed to meet your needs. You will find furniture, bedding, crockery, bed linen and bathroom linen. Close to Illiers-Combray and Chartres, 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris (easily accessible via the A11 motorway). 4 bedrooms / 7 beds (+ baby bed if necessary). A double living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a games area. A bathtub, 3 showers, 3 toilets. Large fully enclosed garden, a 4x9m in-ground swimming pool, a deck + terraces where relaxation is the key word. Barbecue, garden furniture, parasols, arbor, deckchairs, numerous games: Trampoline, table football, table tennis, bicycles, football, basketball, swings, slide, board games... Very high speed WiFi. - The swimming pool is heated naturally, thanks to the Plexiglas dome. The water temperature fluctuates between 27 and 33 degrees in summer. This one, on the other hand, is in "wintering" from November to May. - Charcoal barbecue
