Welcome to your pied-à-terre in Chartres! This thoughtfully decorated apartment, bathed in light under its high ceilings, offers you a genuine pause of calm just steps from the historic centre. The living-kitchen area is bright and comfortable, with a cozy sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle and toaster. On the sleeping side, you have two separate bedrooms: the first with two single beds (splittable or twinned), the second with a queen bed for a restful night. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a washer-dryer. A separate WC completes the setup. At the entrance, a genuine art deco stained glass window marks the home's identity and welcomes you each time you return.
Access
You arrive at the building with a Comelit intercom or door code (sent with your booking confirmation). A PMR-accessible Orona elevator takes you to the 1st floor. Apartment 114 is at the end of the corridor. The keybox is to the right of the door, with your personal code. Q-Park Cathédrale parking (place du Châtelet, 5 min walk) is included in your stay. The QR code and instructions are sent ahead.

A few things worth knowing: The mezzanine is reached by a fairly steep wooden staircase. Think of it as an occasional sleeping nook, not a permanent bedroom. The boulevard sees some daytime traffic and quiets down at night. Q-Park Cathédrale parking is 5 min walk from the apartment (not at the foot of the building). QR code and instructions sent before arrival. Non-smoking accommodation.

A very nice, brand-new apartment with attractive decor, conveniently located in downtown Chartres. The street below can be a bit noisy at night.
